Store Manager at Caffè Nero

Our stores open early and some stay open late. If you are working an opening shift you would need to be at work approximately 45 minutes before the store opens. If you are working a closing shift you will be in store up to 30 minutes after it closes and it is very important that you have checked that you are able to travel to the store you are applying to. Can you confirm that you have looked into your commute and you can travel to the location to which you’ve applied in order to fulfil the range of possible shifts?
The role you are applying for is a permanent one. If you are looking for temporary work or can only do the advertised hours for a short period of time, unfortunately this would not be a suitable role for you. Are you able to commit to a permanent role?
Keeping the customer and back-of-house areas safe, clean, organised and ready for service is an essential part of everyone’s job. If you join us you will share this responsibility with the team, and some examples would be clearing and cleaning tables or ensuring the toilets are kept to the high standards our customers expect. Are you comfortable completing these (and other) cleaning tasks as part of your daily routine in-store?
Do you have experience in a management role within a busy customer facing environment?
