Regional HR Partner (part-time): Stores across Northern Ireland & Republic of Ireland

We are looking for a part-time (4 days per week) Regional HR Partner to join us here at Caffè Nero, looking after 60 stores in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.  Based in Northern Ireland, the role will partner the Regional Manager, whilst working closely with the Operations Director for Ireland.  It’s a great position in a growing and exciting business, where you can really see the difference you make every day.

Our Regional HR Partners are cultural ambassadors who take shared ownership and responsibility for the compliance, transformation and progress of all people processes and measures. They work both strategically and operationally with the Operations Team and adopt commercially focused HR solutions that add measured value to the business.  Our HR Partners need to be true generalists who are passionate and confident.

In this role you can expect to:
Be visible in store, this is very much a field based role.
Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, particularly the Operations Director, Regional Manager, Area Managers and wider members of the People and Head Office Team.
Ensure all of our Northern Ireland and ROI people processes are set up, fit for purpose and legally compliant.
Understand how you can influence and drive our core people measures within the Region and produce solutions that have a measurable impact.
Be set up for success - design and deliver leadership development activities on the Region to ensure people are set to succeed.
Investigate new ways of delivering best practice as a senior people professional, on your Region and with the wider People and Ops Leadership team.
Know your people – harnessing talent by identifying short term and long- term successors within the Region.
Provide regular and meaningful updates to the People and Regional Teams.
Identify and deliver commercially focused People projects in line with business plans.

To be successful, you will have:
Relevant experience in Human Resources within a multi-site environment, ideally within retail/hospitality.
Sound knowledge and application of UK and ROI Employment Law.
Associate membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) or working towards.
Drive and resilience to overcome challenges.
Excellent communication and mediation skills.
The ability to influence at all levels of the business
Great self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously and remotely .. but also be a brilliant team player!
The ability to collaborate & apply a supportive coaching style.
A full driving license.

On top of being part of a forward thinking, fun and energetic team, we’ve got some other great benefits too:
Access to our benefits platform which offers you loads of discounts and freebies at the touch of a button.
Company car.
50% employee discount on handcrafted drinks and 40% on food (when you're not at work).
Private medical care through Vitality.
Medicash – our cashplan healthcare scheme.
Our Head Office is based right in the middle of bustling Covent Garden, which you will visit approximately once / twice per month.
Supporting our team members to achieve their professional goals is important to us, so alongside your day to day work you may have an opportunity to complete a professional qualification with our learning partners.
Free hand-crafted drinks whilst you’re in the office - in your first week you’ll have Barista training, so you’ll know how to make the very best Caffè Nero coffee!
