  • Help turn campaign briefs into social content requirements, including platform, format, copy, creative need, timing and approval status.
  • Track social trends, competitor activity, creators, UGC, store stories and customer conversation that could inform UK campaign activity.

Cross-channel delivery

  • Coordinate assets and content requirements across CRM, app, paid social, website, in-store POS, partnerships, local activations and social media.

  • Support campaign launch readiness by helping channel owners get the information, assets and timings they need.

Stakeholder and agency coordination

  • Support meeting preparation, note taking, action tracking and follow-up across campaign planning, production and performance reviews.
  • Help manage feedback and approval loops, making sure comments are consolidated and decisions are clear.
  • Build strong working relationships across Marketing, Brand, Commercial, Operations and external partners.

Performance and learning

  • Support campaign performance reporting by collecting results from social and other marketing channels.
  • Help prepare post-campaign review materials, capturing what worked, what should be scaled and what should be improved.
  • Use campaign and social performance signals to support better future planning and content ideas.
